FAQs

  • The most important question... The cost!

All programs are free of charge for Victorian Government schools. Non–Government schools are also encouraged to attend our programs and are advised to contact us to find the costs associated with each program.

  • Program types

BioLAB provides science and mathematics programs with a theme of “Human Performance and Sport”. All of our programs are designed around various Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) career pathways and are tailored to cater for multiple curriculum areas. There are two ways you can experience our programs:

    ONSITE PROGRAMS

We offer full and half day excursion opportunities at BioLAB. These excursions are run onsite at our state of the art facility in Geelong. A full day excursion will include two program experiences for students and a half day will include one program.

    OUTREACH VISIT

An outreach program is an incursion to your school. We bring the smiley Education Officers and cutting edge equipment to you! An outreach program requires an appropriate indoor and /or outdoor space within your school.
